Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
Position: Customer Service Representative
Rates: £18,000-£25,000 depending on experience
Type: Full time - Permanent

Job Duties

  • Dealing with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Responding to customer enquiries on a daily basis
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Processing orders, forms and applications
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions ensuring all notes are added to the customer database correctly
  • Maintaining the customer database


Person Specification


  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Must be confident of problem solving
  • Must have a good work ethic
