Here at Grafters Recruit we are looking to recruit Class 1 AM drivers for our client based in Cannock. We are looking for reliable, dedicated and experienced HGV 1 Container drivers for an immediate start once the brief assessment is passed.

This role is Monday to Friday ongoing on a weekly basis, weekend work is also available, so perfect for someone looking for regular consistent work and income.

Key Responsibilities:

. Container driving – NO handball – mainly doc runs all across the UK.

. This company also complete depot runs dropping off or collecting containers.

. Ensure the company’s Health and Safety policy is adhered to

·To communicate with transport office

·To complete all paperwork in an orderly manner

·To work to all WTD rules

·Can be long shifts

Skills and Experience:

·Full C+E license, Digi Card, and full CPC required

·You must have been XPO assessed within the last 2 years as assessments are currently closed due to Covid19

·Good communication skills required

·No DD, DR, IN’s and no more than 6 points on your licence

The nature of this work is Container, and you must have experience to be suitable for this role.

Start dates: ASAP – assessments are being booked in daily 09:00 am

Start time:  Mornings: 04:00am – 08:000am

Pay Rate:

Days £13.00 Per Hour LTD – PAYE £12.00

Nights £14.00 Per Hour LTD – PAYE £13.00

You will need:

• Full UK driving Licence
• 2 years minimum experience of driving a class 1 vehicle.
• Valid CPC Card.
• Valid DIGI Card.
• Good Communication skills.
