£19,200 per annum
This position is predominately sales based focusing on warm leads received via email or phone.
The successful candidate will:

- Attend occasional client visits (internal/ external)

- Update own claims portfolio daily/ weekly/ monthly
- Update sales database
- Assist the dispatch function according to their requirements during periods of peak workload in order to maximise technician utilisation Investigate & understand customer job-related queries
- Manage and deal with private domestic and commercial enquiries over the phone and email
- Pursue sales leads
- Manage the collection and processing of upfront payments and excess payments
- Receive notification of new claim by telephone/ fax/ email.
- Set up new claims on simply system, enter claim in diary
- Produce and maintain diaries, chasing for outstanding information from insurers and clients
