In all cases we undertake the following:
• Advertise your vacancy to source interested candidates. This includes cross reference to our extensive candidate database
• Comprehensive interview
• Checking of eligibility to work in the UK
• Obtaining 2/5 year references (depending on vacancy)
• DVLA License check (Driving vacancies only)
• Ensure all applicants have Manual Handling training
• Criminal Record check (where applicable)
• Issue of Safety Boots and Hi-vis apparel to all staff
• Drink and Drug screening for all HGV Drivers pre-induction
